My Story
At Clear Fork, disagreement is fertile ground and uncertainty is opportunity. Through my years of facilitating strategic planning sessions, team communications workshops, public outreach and events, and community gatherings, I've learned a thing or two. Chief among them is that "problems" are really opportunities to learn and to connect.Â

After years of doing this type of facilitation for federal agencies, I decided to start my own consulting firm to bring my services to Alaskan businesses, individuals and community groups. My business is a welcoming space for all Alaskans from all walks of life.
Kristin Pace
Kristin Pace is a certified workplace mediator and trainer through the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College. She is an International Mediation Institute qualified mediator, and a certified practitioner of the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP-I). She holds a certificate in Environmental Dispute Resolution from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. She has been a professional facilitator for the U.S. Department of Interior Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution program (CADR) since 2022. Through her work in federal technical assistance programs, she has led strategic planning processes for various entities throughout Alaska including the State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources; the Denali Borough; the Anchorage Park Foundation; Cooper Landing Trails; Alaska Outdoor Alliance and more. Kristin has a proven track record of steering collaborative processes with professionalism and results.Â
